Originally the due date of filing the Form DPT-3 was 22nd April 2019. However, MCA did not notify the New Form DPT-3 and came up with a general circular on 12th April 2019 stating that the due date of filing the Form DPT-3 for all private limited companies shall be 30 days from the date on which form DPT-3 is notified by MCA

Applicability of Companies for DPT-3
The DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) is applicable to all private limited companies, which also includes one-person companies (OPC) that have been incorporated on or before 31st March 2019.
